 I was going through the back of my studio desk and came across these ads I drew a number of years ago. When I first moved to Nelson eight years ago, the first people I got to know well were Brian and Robyn, owners of what many considered to be Nelson's most popular restaurant, The Redfish Grill. They asked me to do a few funny comic-style ads for the restaurant, and these were the result, published in our local newspaper. The Refish burnt down two years ago, but Brian and Robyn are still good friends.

 I'm between jobs for a couple of weeks, so I'm back working on another pitch. It's a family comedy called The Rockwells, about a dad who gets conned into taking his dysfunctional family to Mars. Yep. Stay tuned.  This video Christmas Card was made a few years ago and sent to clients all over the world...actually, it was so long ago, I think we sent them out on
VHS...yikes!  The first time I saw this was at the Christmas party at the Camden, England studio of Richard Williams, where I was working. That was 21 years ago, but hey, it's exactly two weeks to Christmas day 2011, so I thought it's time to get in the spirit of the season and watch it again. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
